Andrea Pirola is Partner of Studio Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati and has been with the firm since 2006. Prior to joining Studio Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, Andrea worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in London. He advises Italian and multinational Groups with reference to tax and corporate governance aspects of M&A transactions. He has also acquired significant experience in relation to international tax, tax litigation and restructuring projects. Andrea is member of the boards of Statutory Auditors of various industrial and financial companies
